I have had a lifelong focused desire to learn about general balanced health & wellness especially helping others. This interest has taken me down many avenues in life. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where chiropractic was founded in 1895 The recognition of the direct relationship between the human spine and health has been accepted for thousands of years. I began practice in 1980 and focused on spinal adjustments to reduce or eliminate nerve interference as well as health recommendations to my patients about nutrition, herbs, clean water, some form of exercise, even if just walking or thrashing about in a swimming pool as essential for any optimum state of health. Also a huge factor in health is the relationship between the Mind&Body since as much as 90% of all illness may be psychosomatic in origin.
