Yoga practice with Cheryl Kiviat, is exactly what I needed to begin the New Year off right! Recently I had been experiencing some leg pain while hiking. Cheryl worked one on one with me to help me identify where the problem was centered and to alleviate the pain. After just one session, I felt immediate relief!
