I was venting to her about how I wanted to sue someone and she didn't listen to me at all. She stopped me in the middle and said "Ok, I'm gunna tell you this right now, I'm not getting involved in any lawsuit you're thinking about having. I'm not going to exert that much effort and time into the tedious process of the court system because there's too much paperwork and I don't want to deal with that so I'm going to have to transfer your therapy session to someone else." Mind you, I never asked her to appear in court with me she just stopped me and didn't let me continue venting to her she just immediately thought I was going to include her in my lawsuit which isn't the case. Truthfully, she doesn't even deserve the one star I just really needed to share this with everyone because many times she puts in her own personal opinions instead of a professional opinion and confuses the fact that we are her patients and not her friends or family. (I mention that because she often would act as if she was my third parent.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It didn’t take very long for me to get an appointment with them at all. They were able to get me in right away. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was very happy with how my appointment went. I couldn't wait for the next one.
