When I called to make my appointment, they told me that they take my Insurance and I would only have to pay the co-pay. I asked them to please make sure and gave them my insurance info. I called again the next day and they said they checked and the Insurance co would cover everything except for the $30 co-pay. When I went to my appointment, I paid the $30 co-pay and a month later I received a bill for $270 for the whole ten minutes I was there. They lied and they never did call my Insurance. At my appointment they rushed me in and out. I only went there once and never again. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there and they became very rude when I called to discuss my bill. The doctor prescribed the wrong medication and high dosage and made me very ill for 2 months. I ended up finding another Doctor and he has proscribed me the right medication. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They are rude, stay away from MCR Behavioral health in Temecula.

All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. Our first appointment I felt somewhat like we were rushed. One last thing, I had never heard of that they do is, give mandatory tests at $50 each and insurance doesn't cover it. I have been to many offices and none of them ever did that.
