Our Director, Dena Leibowitz is a licensed Psychotherapist with specialty in Addictions Counseling and over 20 years of extensive clinical experience working with people suffering from addiction disorders.

At the Center For Mental Health we work to achieve a Life Balance through the utilization of cognitive behavioral restructuring tools along with motivational techniques. Most importantly, clients learn to develop a Life Balance Recovery Plan using clinical tools designed by the director, unique to the Center for Mental Health, LLC.

Our philosophy is to treat the whole person while simultaneously focusing on symptom removal, to ensure a long lasting recovery. We believe that addiction and other mental health disorders should be treated with a full life approach. Our Life Balance Tools integrate the role of physiology, social support, emotional wellness, financial stability, healthy diet and fitness, spirituality and the Twelve Steps to assist our clients in achieving a full life.
