A receptionist Lisa Williams tonight handled a citation with a visitor in such a way that Im concerned about why she even has a job at a hospital. To ask if a patient is dying is the lowest distasteful way any staff member can handle visitors. I feel she should not be near anyone needing such care nor should she be dealing with families of such patients. Where do the people get hired from & are they without any compassion, she is just a receptionist but shouldn't even those put in charge to answer questions when we enter capable of being respectful of others feelings!!
