The hospital's equipment exceeded all of my expectations. It was very well taken care of and seemed to be very advanced. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They do not listen to you or take your concerns into consideration when treating you. They seem to just want to get you out of there as quick as possible, but you sit there for 5 hours anyway. Half the time your waiting in the er waiting room for an hour before then bring you back. And then you wait another hour to see the doctor! I have had horrible experiences with this hospital and do not recommend anyone going to this emergency room. They think you are just going there to get pain medicine and to be sent home. But the reality is, is that when people go there in extreme pain they want medicine to be comfortable and then want to know what is wrong. Not just give them medicine and send them on their way. I have been there many times where that is what they did. It took three months of me going to the clinic and er to figure out I needed a surgery done. In those three months they gave me some pain medicine in an IV and told me to talk to my primary doctor for further pain medicine and for a follow up.
