I get checked in they take me to the back the dr comes in the whole time I'm talking and he is just going un hunh un hunh unhunh.. even when I was not talking it made me feel like he was mocking me..
Next I have a nurse come in..I only don't even know if she was a nurse..I really hope not. she sticks a needle In my arm and starts pulling the needle in and out of my arm which was very uncomfortable she blows my vein and is about to go in the same area..and I tell her no.. so then about 1 1/2 hour later
She calls me to the back and tells me I have to draw my blood again because my blood has thickened that only happens if they let the blood sit to long..
So about 11/2 hour in I go back up front talk to the nurse and ask how much longer it is going take and if she could talk to the dr for me to get my results and she goes talks to the dr and comes back and tells me they are waiting for last test this is 4 hrs later No one was in the waiting room.. and another thing I noticed was that my blood draw stuff was still in the same spot 2 hrs later 🤔. she starts talking to the other nurse and whispering and she is talking about me and they are laughing at me right in front of me..I hate to right reviews like this but I have never had such a bad experience at a hospital.. such insensitive people working there now.

Upon arrival the wait time was less than 10 minutes for triage. Courteous staff. Clean facility and work up was completely done and out the door I went.
Kudos to nurse Lauren and Dr. Homan for taking excellent care of me!
