There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I have however experienced issue with them accepting my insurances. I belong to a Medicare suppliment insurance (this year and last) and they do not accept them so I am stuck with a higher copay. They need to work better with insurance companies so people like me are not stuck paying more money.
