I have struggled with suicidal ideation before and am worried about making an actual attempt. I have been brought to Potomac Ridge on several occasions on Psychiatric evaluations due to anonymous complaints made by members of my local community. I have known Dr. Israel and have ( on several occasions ) been referred to him for treatment . Unlike the standard 28 day Psychiatric evaluations I feel I am in need of a shorter term stay for possibly a week or less for medication readjustment. There is no need for an ambulance but what are your terms for signing myself in for a temporary hospitalization ?
