It took the VA 4 years to realize a part of my body that had been removed by blunt force trauma in a combat zone they we're contractually obligated to treat me. 4 years of hell, pain, unemployability, and mistreatment. Once I sought treatment from the Tacoma campus my life has turned around and I actually get decent care. The Seattle campus is hell. The VA and VBA are hell. I got mistreated for so long it made me worse not getting help I was contractually obligated to receive and promised.

I had no problems parking or being comfortable in my doctor's office. He was kind, professional and courteous. Answered every question I had. And I believe I am in good hands at the VA Medical Center!
