My daughter went to this office to be treated for severe bronchitis. The receptionist placed the charts out of order and people were taken back that had arrived after my daughter. My daughter states that the receptionist was very rude and defensive, not apologetic when she checked with her. I called the office myself to see what the issue was and the status of my daughter's treatment. The receptionist again was very rude and stated the reason she was rude was that they were"busy". My daughter had a high temp and didn't feel well enought to be able to go fill her prescription after her visit, but went straight home. Even though she received a shot at the clinic, they did not offer to call her prescription in either. I hope the clinic reviews my comments and makes changes to their practice that are more conducive to professional health care delivery.
