My experience with this facility has been overall outstanding! Especially the nursing staff and physicians! Everyone has been hands on in collaborating my care! I feel my needs and meds have ALWAYS been met in a timely fashion ... I can not brag enough about the kindness and concern EVERY employee has shown me from Ms Ruth in environmental services to Doug in PT all the way to the supervisors ... I can't.really think of anything or any area that could use improvement from my perspective I've had a few issues with certain things but they were addressed fairly quickly. My only complaint which is big in my book is semi private rooms I believe it's a Hippa violation for one because your room mate can easily hear what you and your physician discuss. Secondly, when you're sick rest is key and if you're not being worked on your room mate is which disturbs you rest in addition compromises your health privacy and sleep my last room mate screamed 20 hours a day and I don't think that's fair Overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5 only other suggestion I could give is new equipment
