This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Many Med errors, asked for meds waiting a long time and was told they were short staffed. the Food they served us was awful. The sanitary issues with my bathroom and sharing with my roommate were disgusting
