Had major neck surgery ,(2 1/2 hrs) Get to my room, couldn't use nurses bell it was broken along with TV remote! Had a pain pump, kept telling staff something was wrong getting no relief from pain!! They kept telling me I was getting pain meds in IV. Lo and behold the fuc.... needle was taped to my hand not in it!!! Kids this was 7 1/2 he's with no pain meds!!!!!! Then they made me take Hugh pain pills not a shot or an IV!! (If you have ever been through this you know how bad your throat hurts!) Not a suing type person but still thinking about it!!!

Their nursing staff was not at all helpful. I didn't feel welcome there from the long wait (their fault) for surgery til my last minute in that awful place. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this place.
The nurses were terrible and wrote lies in my chart. These people don't care about patients except to get paid for not doing their job. I was there for serious surgery and the nurses had no idea who or how I was. They didn't even know what my surgery was from what is in my chart. I am fine now, no thanks to Saint Vincent. Know how to treat people? Maybe they know how to treat themselves. My experience: I was "treated" horribly.
