The staff has been simply wonderful. I have been an independent man for years never depending on anyone to take care of me . Coming here where there is always someone helping me get dress, helping me to the bathroom has just been an I opener. But they have been wonderful. My Therapist , I call him T is just a great guy. Carolyn has been super amazing she has such a calming spirit she just calms me down like a kitten when I get rowdy. It’s always nice and clean and just everything has been good I must say. I’ve recovered faster than I thought just being here. If you had to come to a rehab I suggest you try Kindred northwest team, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently was admitted to Kindred at Fallbrook and was there for about 3 weeks. As I was not bed bound, I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in both Occupational and Physical Therapy. That team was so encouraging to me on both good and bad days and they would check on me if they had any slots open up. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Alma and Michelle in Wound Care were amazingly helpful and understanding during my wound changes and especially with the installation of the wound vacuum. The nurses were, overall, very helpful and caring. Sam, Georgia, Sheila, Lucy and many others as well as Ha (CNA) went above and beyond expectations every time. I knew that when Ha was scheduled, I was going to have a successful day. The facility teams are a bit disjointed around communications. However, they all eventually got on the same page to help me move forward. There are quite a few leaders who enter your room to learn how your care is going in general as well as if there are any issues that require specific solutions between team and team members. Melanie would check on me every morning to make sure that my overnight care was on par and to check if I needed anything. Her visits were very reassuring for me. If I needed long-term wound care, I would not hesitate to select this facility.
