THEY GET ABSOLUTELY NO STARS. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. DON'T LISTEN TO YOU AND IF YOU ARE IN ANY KIND OF PAIN THEY INSTANTLY LABEL YOU AS A PAIN PILL SEEKER. I HAD NEVER BEEN SO MISTREATED IN MY LIFE. I ENDED UP IN ANOTHER HOSPITAL AFTER BEING DISCHARGED FROM GOOD SHEPARD AND IN SURGERY FOR THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. DO NOT GO TO GOOD SHEPARD

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I went to the ER. They gave me pain pills, told me nothing was wrong and sent me home. I sought a second oppinion and found out I needed emergency surgery. When I complained about how I was treated in their hospital and how I didn't receive the services I needed, they told me that I had no evidence that there was an emergency situation. They refused to do anything to remedy the problems in the ER and swore that their doctors had made the right decision and that I had wrongly perceived the emergent nature of my condition. All I wanted was for them to make sure that their doctors were doing their jobs and treating patients with respect. The public relations director argued with me and insinuated that I wanted him to pay my bill. He told me he would do absolutely nothing for me. We ended our meeting with him letting me know that I was not the last patient that was going to walk through that hospital's doors. This is the only way I can inform the community about the atrocities that take place at Good Shepherd Hospital.
