Please be aware that this facility over charges for services and insurance. I went to this facility for flu symptoms and they billed the insurance company over 2000.00. I am not kidding when I tell you I had an outstanding balance of 800.00. I would have rather gone to Sierra vista or Tucson where the facilities will not over charge. I attempted 3 times to call the facility to help me understand the charges and nobody cared to return my calls. It is so important to make sure people are aware of how unjust this facility is. Please note that Bisbee and Douglas location are the same company.
