I would like to compliment the entire staff for their services. Dr. Travagline has been very informative and explains everything about your condition and advises path to help improve your lifestyle. Excellent Dr. and makes you feel like family. Dr. Heil is the best, he very carrying and takes his time to give you the best treatment for the condition that you have. Very personable and friendly. Linda the physical therapist is a joy to be around, she also makes you feel like family and is always cheerful with her patients, and funny. Lena is in the billing dept. and she is always acknowledging you when in the office and she explains your bill when questions are needed to be answered. Angela is new in the cusomer service area and very friendly when setting appontments. What a great place to go and feel like family.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
