There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't wait to refer in friends and family! When you find a good acupuncturist, you stick with them and this one is GREAT! Everyone should visit this office.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was glad that they reviewed my medical history before I started my treatment. I wouldn't trust them to give my the right treatment if they didn't know anything about me. I appreciated them taking the time to look into my medical history.
