I brought my daughter here to get contacts and glasses. The staff spent 2 days working with her (she was 9) to get her contacts in. They taught her how to put them in and take out. Once she got them in the staff told her to take them home try them out for a few days and if she liked them then we could order. They were so kind and patient with her. It seemed like she would never get them in but she wanted contacts so badly. Then when they were in she freaked about getting them out. They never tried to push us into getting contacts which were pricier than glasses. In the end I bought both the contacts and a cheap pair of glasses for days when she couldn't get the contacts in. The ladies who work there are the best.
The doctor was good too. A few weeks after she got her contacts she put them in and they were hurting her. I called the store to see if it was normal and the doctor said bring her in so he could check it out. Free of charge visit. Ended up she had a small hair on her eye but we couldn't see it. This is a great place with caring staff.
