I had an older, male doctor who was very unprofessional. He made one adjustment on my right eye's prescription. I still couldn't read the letters on the screen and he moved on to the other eye without correcting anything further. I asked if we could go back to the right eye multiple times and he said the blurriness was due to my astigmatism and he wouldn't do anything else to help correct it. He spent less than 10 minutes with me total and barely seemed awake for the exam.

After the exam was over his small talk consisted of him telling me that because I never got surgery as a child my vision would always be bad and that I must've cheated at the DMV to pass their test. Really disheartening over all.

I paid 60 dollars for a useless prescription. When I called to ask about seeing another doctor they said I'd have to pay again. At this point I'd rather go somewhere that actually cares about customer service.
