I have purchased eyeglasses here twice, most recently last August. Last Friday (4/23), my frames snapped in two. I called Trish (the optician) and she looked up my account, found a pair of identical frames in stock, and said she'd take care of it. Ten minutes in the store, I had a new pair of frames for my lenses. She also said she had all of the paperwork, and that I was good to go. Now THAT is customer service! Thank you, Trish!!
