I must tell you about this girl at the vision center at Walmart in Selinsgrove. This is the first time I was ever here and when I came in I was asked by multiple associates if I needed help but I kept telling them no because there was only one person I wanted to help me and that was Brittany. I saw her taking care of a girl with special needs. She was very patient with her and didn't treat her any differently. I was completely amazed when the girl grabbed Brittany's hand and she held her hand and was comforting her while doing her job. She was making the young girl laugh, was calling her beautiful and it looked as if she was really enjoying helping her. When the girl was getting ready to leave Brittany got up and hugged her goodbye and then it was my turn. I asked her if she knew the girl and she said "No, I don't personally know her I just met her today." I was stund. I couldn't believe someone would act that way to someone the way she did that they didn't even know. I had a ton of frames I picked out and she definitely helped me by being very honest and telling me what did and didn't look right on me. She said I looked classy in this one pair and that is one I chose. She had me understanding all of the terminology and made me feel very special. We had a few laughs and she didn't rush me at all. I really hope she gets recognized because she is a very sweet girl who went above and beyond, treated everyone equal, made me feel special like I was her number one priority and she knew exactly what she was doing. Because of her I had such a wonderful day and will always keep coming back to this company. She truly is the definition of good customer service.
