They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
