I offer individual therapy to adults. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders (including panic disorder and traumatic stress), relationship issues, and personal issues and goals. I tailor my approach to your needs but usually incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques in my work. My office hours are 9AM--6PM Thursdays and Fridays.
