I specialize in an integrative approach to orthopedic massage therapy, combining myofascial release, intrinsic joint mobilization and active/passive isolated stretching combined with traditional Swedish and deep tissue massage, designed to treat soft tissue dysfunction.


Before relocating to MA. I owned and operated a successful private practice on Long Island. My practice grew from referrals primarily from physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, midwives, coaches and personal trainers. My client list includes members of the NFL, NHL, and UFC. I have had the privilege of working with Harvard University's Men's Swimming and Diving Team while they were competing on Long Island.
My techniques have been featured on the Today Show (Weekend Edition); Channel 12 News, Long Island & Channel 55 News, Long Island.
In addition I have fitness & spa management experience.

Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage
