I am a Connecticut State Licensed Massage Therapist and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have been providing massage therapy since 2005. I am a graduate of Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy and have been licensed and practicing massage for 4 years now. My goal is to offer massage at an affordable rate!

My specialty is Integrative Therapeutic Massage My specialty is Integrative Therapeutic Massage where I incorporate Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Swedish, MFR (Myofascial Release) Thai, Trigger Point Therapy and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Stretching all into one session geared towards individual client needs and client imbalances depending on whether your focus is relaxation, rehabilitation, maintenance or a combination of all of the above. I use both client goals and intuitive approach to implement effective treatments.

It was an okay massage, but for the money, I don't want just an okay massage. The office was in a building's basement, not entirely clean or well-kept, with her business card taped to the door in place of an actual sign. I've since heard that she hasn't been too good at keeping her appointments. Don't think I'll be returning.
