Dr. Franklin Johnson is focused on providing a personal and caring atmosphere that addresses your individual needs and concerns. He has extensive training in advanced gynecological surgery, and vast obstetrical experience and knowledge. His residency training was completed at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and Riverside County Medical Center. Dr. Johnson served as Chief Resident during the completion of his training. He has been an attending staff physician at the renowned San Antonio Community Hospital for 4 years, and is a member of the quality management and medical staff education committees. Having lived in the Inland Empire for most of his life he has developed strong community ties, and enjoys providing care in the very community in which he lives. As a husband, and father of three, Dr. Johnson understands how important family is, and strives to ensure that each patient receives the special care and attention they deserve.

What a horrible and painful experience. I wish I had waited to find a different doctor. It was suppose to be a simple precede to remove one ovary. I was told that it would only be a two inch scar. It ended up being a four inch scar and part of it developed a seroma and started leaking fluid. The scar was painful and the skin did not line up properly which made for a long and painful recovery. He said he could only "work with what he had"but I was young and healthy and I don't see why he had to use such a disfiguring incision. It look years before I could wear pants that were not baggy around the waste to avoid pressure on the scar. I still can't wear jeans because it irritates the scar. I would never recommend this OBGYN to anyone.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
