My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
