I most often work with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, domestic violence, grief, illness, substance abuse, adjustment difficulties, and relational difficulties.I am passionate about ending the cycle of abuse and I have over ten years of domestic violence intervention and advocacy experience.
I serve as an Adjunct Faculty Member for The University of Connecticut School of Social Work. I am affiliated with The Connecticut Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology (CSPP) and the National Association of Social Workers.

Therapy is about what works for you. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and confidential space to explore and shift away from maladaptive thoughts and patterns. I work relationally with individuals to foster self satisfaction, further self understanding and appreciation, and restore the self. A comfortable patient and therapist relationship is key to successful and meaningful therapy. I view the client as the expert on his or her own experience.
