I specialize in helping women recognize & amplify inner resources to recover from depression, stress, trauma, and addiction while attending to the important relationships in their lives.

Drawing on best practices of psychology and spirituality that are based on the neuroscience of well-being, my integrative approach aims to reduce suffering and increase resilience.
