I work with my clients to create balance in their lives. Gradually incorporating change into your life may actually be considered a somewhat "radical" idea. So.... quick fad diets become very attractive to so many people, ready to sacrifice anything to see results right away. If you adhere to any diet, in most cases you will lose weight, and you may lose weight quickly. However, when the day arrives when the diet is no longer a part of your life, what have you gained from the experience?
By learning to identify and control cravings, navigate your food choices, make healthy delicious meals and make the necessary lifestyle adjustments, you will place yourself on a path that is natural and sustainable. The answer is simple because life has become too complicated and we, quite frankly, just need to get back to basics. Learning to feed our bodies as a species, intuitively and nutritionally should not be such a chore. Working together, we will take all the confusion out of your life and develop an understanding of nutrition that will last you a very long and healthy lifetime.
