I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
