After my c-section I had serious weakness in my abdomen and lower back. I knew that core strengthening was what I needed, but my back pain could be so intense I didn't want to go it alone. I loved that Wendy combined pilates with PT. Her exercises and instruction have been something I was able to work on long after my last appointment. I do the pilates mat exercises she taught me at the gym or on my own and I've enjoyed a much stronger core and little back pain since then.
