This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

They didn't seem to care about me or my pain. They were only interested in my insurance and large payments. They even refused to see me unless I brought in my whole family so we could "eat" the deductible. Defiantly not a family orientated business like they claim, its more like be rich or get out.J. Scott Byrd, Dr ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. My adjustments hurt a lot! J. Scott Byrd, Dr didn't seem to care about my comfort in the least. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, J. Scott Byrd, Dr always makes me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were cold and not friendly enough. They pretty much coerced me to schedule follow-up appointments. I felt forced into it and extremely uncomfortable.
