I have been visiting the eye doctor regularly since I was 3 years old. This is the first doctor who refused to prescribe me contacts to correct my astigmatism even though I couldn't wear the trial contacts because I couldn't see out of them clearly! They laughed at me and treated me like I was stupid because I didn't come in wearing the trial pair, then I spent 20 minutes arguing with the doctor about how the contacts he was trying to prescribe me would be a waste of his time because I'd just be back to get the correct ones. Whose looking out of my eyes, doctor? Try listening to your patients! And the sales rep kept telling me I was "burning my insurance" and making dumb decisions because I used it on contact lenses. Sorry pal, your spiel isn't getting you a commission check from me.

I purchased designer 400 frames here one year ago and hardly wore them at all and i have a huge d missing off the side of my Dior frames. They would not nothing to correct their poor quality items. I have worn contacts and glasses for years and I have two pair of Versace frames both over 5 years old and not a thing wrong w them purchased at a different eye center. I will never buy anything here again, they sell poor quality items.
