A woman (Victoria?) at the Glass Doctor in Sandy highly recommended Dr. Hyland of Hamilton Chiropractic Clinic. He was her chiropractor and had helped her with some terrible back pain. She just raved about him. He uses a chiropractic method called Spinal Decompression Therapy (I think that's what it's called) which was a little different than what I was used to (having used Chiropractic care on and off for 10 years). It was awesome! It stretches out problem areas while working on your mobility in locked up zones. He quickly located three specific sections in my back that had lost mobility (a feeling of "being severely stiff" or "tight" in my back as well as some pain) and a trouble spot in my neck. The whole process was totally pain free ... and I feel SO much better! He also offered exercises and stretches that would be beneficial to me as I work on computers. I would totally recommend Dr. Hyland to another needing a great chiropractor.
