This place is unprofessional, ghetto, and old. The front office staff is rude, they burp all day, and the front office staff is overwhelmed. Don't go there. The medical assistants nor the doctors never tell you anything. When you check out nobody gives you any kind of at home discharge instructions. Find somewhere else to go.

Horrible, horrible experience at the Hurricane Shoals location. Per my conversation with the receptionist Dr. James Bouchard asked my son to reschedule a visit that he was 45 minutes early to because he took to long to fill out the paper work and he was already behind. Really how unprofessional is that. We will NEVER return and will make sure everyone I know, my family know and my FACEBOOK friends knows not to EVER come to any of the locations. I'm not done i am going to see what else I can do about this, he sat in that office 1 hr plus for you all to decide to tell him to reschedule. I'm going to email the board of doctors about this!!! I am more than angry!!! I only chose a star because it wouldn't let me go any further.
