I met and became a patient of Dr. Mannino in 1991 when I had a low back injury from over training. When my injury occurred I first went to the orthopedic physician in N.VA who at that time was the team doctor for the Redskins. When the only treatment that doctor could recommend was heavy drugs I decided to find someone else. My friend recommended Dr. Mannino and I began my treatment with him right away. Since then and over the years I have continued with him as a wellness practitioner which is something many people are unfamiliar with as a way to stay healthy. He is not only a wonderfully gifted chiropractor, I consider him a friend. He has treated my entire family including my granddaughter. Dr. Mannino's training is different than other types of chiropractors which makes him exceptional and unique as a practitioner because his technique can help with so many physical problems that others might not be successful with in their treatment plan. And even more importantly he will tell you if your issues are things he cannot handle and will readily refer you to an orthopedic physician or other specialist as needed. Dr. Mannino is one of the most honorable practitioners I have ever met and I would highly recommend him to anyone in our community.
