I had a terrible experience with the billing department. If you see any doctor within the Prohealth Care associates, make sure they don't steal your money. It took me almost a year to get partially reimbursed for a pair of orthotics that my insurance covered. I spent hours on the phone trying to get my money back. They promised many times I will get a check in the next week or that my credit card will be refunded and of course, that never happened. I had to spend some money to take them to the small claims court and only after that, I got a check in the mail which wasn't even the full refund as they claimed I had other visits to the doctor which they used to offset some of the money I should have been reimbursed for. In summary, they are a bunch of thieves and liars so stay away from them.
