The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I noticed that they have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the optometrist. I wish all waiting room chairs could be that comfortable.
