They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
I waited with my 2 children for almost 1hr and the whole visit was close to 2 hrs. The doctor is very nice, but the office staff was disorganized and one lady told my 3-yr old son to sit in chair after we had been waiting over 45 min to see the doctor. Plus, when I asked for my son's chart to be sent to the school district for assessment, they never sent it, because I had authorized my fax in print and not signed my signature!!!!!
I WILL NEVER go back there, even though the doctor was very nice. And the nurses in the back who worked with my son were great too. I had a horrible experience with the office staff at my visit and afterwards that literally left me shaking!!!!!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
