I had a massage by Vicchi Oleski and it was really wonderful. However I was disappointed because I had requested a 75 minute massage but she only did body work for just over an hour, the other 15 minutes were spent having a brief check in, getting undressed and on the table, getting dressed after the massage, followed by another brief check in and then me paying her. When I commented on the shorter massage length, she explained that she charges for "her time", which means that a 75 minute massage is not actually 75 minutes of body work, but the total time that you will be at her office. I received dozens of massages in all types of venues and I have never experienced this way of charging people for the service. I do feel like I was mislead since she did not explain her way of charging the sessions ahead of time.
