While Dr. Sturtz is more than capable professionally, his office is run extremely poorly! For each my two children who saw him several years apart, the first thing I was asked upon arrival was whether or not I had had their paperwork sent to the office from our dentist because they cannot do anything without it! I would have thought they would know that already. The answer was YES both times though my nerves were now rattled. HOWEVER, the most upsetting issue is how poorly they managed time. For a 10:00 appointment surgery was not done until 12:15 followed by a waiting period while the anesthesia wore off. We left 3 hours after our appointment time and one hour into what was my work shift!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
