Do NOT use this clinic! I took my puppy there last week for incontinence issues. They did a urine analysis which showed sugar and protein in her urine. The vet proceeded to tell me that my puppy may have kidney disease or diabetes. It was then decided that we needed to do more blood work to make sure she didn't have kidney disease since we would be spaying her soon and anesthesia can be detrimental in animals with kidney disease. The bloodwork came back normal. The vet then told me that the urine analysis was inaccurate and he didn't believe the results and my dog was fine. I requested not to pay for the lab work since the results were wrong and was told I had to pay them anyway. I have called and talked to the supervisor who told me that no matter what, they are not refunding me (even though the vet told me they were inaccurate results). I asked to speak to the owner and was told no at first and then that she would leave a message for her but that she couldn't guarantee that she would call me back.
I paid $210 for an exam, urine analysis and blood work. I am out all of that money and have to go and get all those tests redone at a facility that has accurate machines. The vet even told me he didn't trust the results and I still had to pay! Do not take your animal here. You will have to take them somewhere else for a second opinion anyways. If you can't trust their labs then can you trust their medical advice?
