When Dr. Bukata was involved with our pets, he showed great caring. and would be honest in his appraisal and thoroughly explained every detail.
I remember when my daughter was little and we bought in our white bunny.
It was obvious that the situation was serious, but because he saw how sad Kristy was, he said we can try this procedure to give Snowy more fluid, which might help. The poor thing did die but at lease my daughter felt good that at least something was done to try to help Snowy. That meant so much to her and me. How can anyone say he has no empathy.

Every doctor and technician we have dealt with has been courteous and helpful. This is about the best veterinary establishment there is
in this area. I am so happy that they are here in our area.

Dr. Bukata has retired, but will come in to fill in if necessary.
Both Dr. Brody and Dr. Darby are also top notch.

Avoid Bukata if you can....unfriendly, insulting, lacks empathy, unprofessional behavior. Support staff is unhappy and stressed out.
