I`ll gladly leave a review. First off I have to say that I think these reviews are bogus. My experience thee was not good at all. We took our elderly dog in because she wasn`t feeling well. They said she had a bacterial infection in her stomach and gave her Amoxicillin. After giving her the neds she started having trouble breathing and we called Dr Bing and he said "oh it`s just the infection leaving her body" He said keep giving her the meds so we did. She got considerably worse to the point she couldn't stand and was in pain. He took her back and said "The infection has spread to her kidneys now,He put her on an IV for a day and then said" I can`t do anything for her. You will have to manage it at home." 2 days later she couldn`t walk again and we took her back and he kept her again overnight. The next day he said " I would like to keep her one more day to do some more tests. Then they tell us we can come get her. My wife goes to get her and he says "It seems like her infection is gone" Seems like? Anyway we took her to Texoma veterinary Clinic in Sherman and they were shocked and the so called lab work Dr Bing did. It turns out she still has the infection and it`s in her liver,not her kidneys and she also had thyroid problems that Dr Bing didn`t detect. The last visit the only thing they did was keep her in that dirty kennel for 2 days and did nothing to help her. No bloodwork at all.And to top all that off when they took the bandage off her leg where they had the IV they found the IV needle still in my dogs leg. They covered it with tape so we wouldn`t see it. Not once did we ever get a call back from this office. They never communicated with us and when we picked our dog up they didn`t even act like they noticed her or even cared about her. They acted like she was a burden and they were glad to get rid of her. I would NEVER tell anyone to go there. He might be a good cattle doctor but I will never take a dog or cat there again.
I am so greatful to have Dr. Rainy as my pets doctor. He shows compassion & patience, especially with me. Sometimes I get a little excitable when my babies are any kind of sick & I don't know what to do for them. He always listens to me & helps to keep me focused on what needs to be done. I will not take my pets anywhere else. I am pretty sure that each of the doctors there, probably have the same bedside manner. Thank you for all you have done for my babies & me.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
