Kennel Care will not Correct their Mistakes. The Problems
I have Experienced at Kennel Care go far Beyond what I can explain. I talk to many Breeders and they No longer recommend Kennel Care. After Paying my Bill in Full, several Mistakes had been
made with my Dogs. I asked for a Correction on the Billing and Nate the office Manager Refused. Then I was than Billed another $150. for a AI
they forgot to Charge me for. What is Sad, they also forgot to do the 2nd AI needed, they only did One. I paid for several expensive progesterone test and they could not tell me the Dates I needed to alert the Breeder in California when they needed to take their Stud in for Collection. Time and info is critical for the timing of the breeding. The Breeder and I figured out when the Sample would be needed and had it shipped. After this decision was made without Kennel Care, I was told when it was needed. We would of missed the breeding if we waiting on Kennel Care to tell us. I was Baffled for the lack of Proficiency. I gave Nate several Chances to correct their obvious mistakes. He stood by the Mistakes Kennel Care made and did nothing to correct problems. "There is Much more..." Do yourself a Favor and Find a Veterinarian that has a Honest Office Manager, and a Vet that is not Asleep.
