I wish I could give zero stars...This place is an utter joke. I have been to appointment after appointment, multiple blood tests, fecal tests, thousands of dollars spent with ZERO RESOLUTION. In fact, I sat in waiting room patiently waiting for 2hrs.. to them be taken into room to wait some more. Vet tech comes in, lifts ear on each side and glances in, and takes temperature and says dr will be in. Dr. Keim has been the one my dog has seen for all of these visits. Even she was short with me and was basically telling me there isn't much else they can do and wanted to outsorce me to a specialist (but not before trying to collect another $100 for a worthless visit). The vet tech came back in with a terrible attitude and flopped a paper on the table asking me to sign. I asked for what? What is my dog being treated for? I asked what the name of the other medication was as the dr spoke so fast and was clearly in a hurry to go home. The vet tech rolled her eyes and went out of the room and slammed the door. She came back with the name of the medication still being very rude. I asked if there was someone else I could deal with.. she turned around and went out of room slamming door harder... i was in pure shock and my dog was shaking in terror. I got up and left and came to a 24hr hospital for help. I'm here now to wait another 2hrs to be seen, but I will do anything to make sure my dog can get better. I WARN YOU DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!
